Myrha injects a substance called hyaluronidase to dissolve fillers in her office in Ontario, Canada. Hylenex is the hyaluronidase product that we prefer to use (more on that below). Not to go all science teacher mode on you all 👩🏼‍🔬, but hyaluronidase is actually a soluble protein enzyme. This enzyme disintegrates the hyaluronic acid that is used in lip fillers.
